QHow do I use a Cardboard viewer?

1. On the menu, tap START TRAINING. The screen splits into two stereo views.
2. Slot your iPhone into any Google Cardboard-compatible viewer, centered in the tray.
3. First time with a new viewer: tap the gear icon in VR mode and scan the QR code printed on the viewer — this calibrates the lenses. (This is the only thing the camera is ever used for.)
4. Look around to aim the center reticle at a highlighted player or zone, and select by holding your gaze on it or pressing the viewer's trigger button.

Stand in a clear area, and take the break the app suggests — it shows a reminder at sensible intervals.

QCan I play without a headset?

Yes — fully. Tap PLAY WITHOUT HEADSET on the menu for a normal full-screen mode. Look around by moving your phone (it uses the gyroscope) or by dragging a finger across the screen. Select an option by tapping it, or by holding the center reticle on it. Every drill, level, badge and coach line is identical to VR mode — no content is locked behind the headset.

QWhat do the settings do?

• Voice coach — turns the spoken verdicts and tips on or off.
• Music — turns the menu and stadium music on or off, separately from the voice coach.
• Coach note time — how long the written coach card stays up. You can also dismiss it early by gazing at the X in its corner.
• Stare time — how long you must hold your gaze on an option to select it (0.6 / 0.85 / 1.2 seconds). Shorter feels snappier; longer prevents accidental picks.
• Match size — how many ambient players populate the stadium around your drill, from 5v5 to a full 11v11.
• Difficulty — AUTO follows your earned level per position; or force BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED or PRO for every session.

QHow do levels and badges work?

Each position climbs four named levels: BEGINNER → INTERMEDIATE → ADVANCED → PRO. Score consistently well in a position's sessions and the next level unlocks — you'll see "UNLOCKED" on the session report. Higher levels don't add homework; they tighten the game: decision windows shrink and runs arrive faster, so the same situations demand quicker scanning.

Alongside levels you earn career XP with every session, plus 13 badges for milestones such as your first session, a 90+ drill, scanning six or more times in one drill, training three days in a row, perfect recalls, two perfect saves in a session, and reaching each level tier.

QIs my data safe?

Yes. No accounts, no ads, no selling data — and your training progress stays on your device. The app sends only anonymous usage statistics (no names, no emails, no advertising identifiers) so we can improve the drills, and you can switch those off any time with the USAGE STATS toggle in settings.
